You can request a return or replacement within 48 hours of receiving your order.

β Eligible for Return or Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged or unhealthy plant
- The item is defective or not functioning properly
- You received the wrong item (plant/tool/accessory)
β Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
- Plants that were damaged due to improper handling or care after delivery
- Tools or accessories that are used, soiled, or damaged by the customer
- Customized or bulk orders, unless the issue is due to damage in transit

- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your order ID and photos of the item in question
- Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the next steps
π΅ Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Replacement: We will dispatch a replacement item at no extra cost
- Refund: If a replacement is not possible, a full or partial refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days
π¦ Return Pickup or Disposal
- For eligible returns, we may arrange a pickup or advise safe disposal, depending on the product type and location
- In certain cases (especially plants), returns may not be required, and a photo will suffice for refund/replacement approval

- Always open your parcel and check items upon delivery
- Keep original packaging if a return pickup is arranged
